Booking policy

PRICES
are valid per apartment and per night (there are no extra chargements for
the use of towels and the final cleaning service and all taxes are
included).

The
MINIMUM STAY is 2 nights. in case of staying 1 night
only, prices
can be increased by 30%.

At the
TOP
HOLIDAY SEASON,
at Christmas, New Year, Easter holidays and
other dates,
there
might be
a minimum-stay requirement of
4 nights and a higher deposit as well as individually set prices - make
your request to obtain your best offer from us!

CHILDREN
younger than
2 years (we provide a baby cot) are FREE OF CHARGE!

Booking process

Use our forms or contact us to
REQUEST
an apartment.
|

We
send you an OFFER, confirming
availability, telling you the total price and payment details for your reservation.

We ask for a
DEPOSIT of
20%
or the first night value which you can
pay by
bank transfer,
credit card
or
Paypal.

After receiving it we
confirm
you
FIX RESERVATION
and complete your booking (check-in time, keys..)

If you are interested in
additional services
like trips and tickets
we will send
you a
LOGIN KEY for our customer section
to get more informations
download maps and guides (routing, restaurants, clubs, sights,
shops...)

At
your ARRIVAL the remaining part
is
to be paid in EUR (cash).

General
conditions
|
When paying your deposit by classic bank transfer, please
inform us when done.
Noisyness is forbidden from 22.00h until 07:00h inside the apartment and
also in the staircase. Not respecting this point will lead to leaving
the property immediately with no refund of the rent paid.
No damaging the apartment’s furniture or facilities. We reserve the right of
asking for a security deposit if we consider it for neccessary.
No smoking inside any apartment. If there is a balcony, or garden, feel free to
smoke there.
We reserve the right to change the accommodation due to irreparable damages or
major reasons, and will inform you as soon as possible about it.
Animals are mostly allowed on request.
Individual discounts can be applied e.g. when booking a
few days before arival (Last Minute) or when booking a longer period (more
than 7 days) |
